Honda Sensing to be standard on CR-V AWD models in 2019

New Zealand, Feb 5, 2019 - Honda’s Advanced Active Safety Technology, Honda Sensing, is now standard on both CR-V all-wheel drive grades for 2019. The CR-V AWD Sensing joins the top of the range AWD Sport Sensing adding to the 4-grade model line-up.

Honda Sensing is currently on selected Civic and Odyssey models across the Honda New Zealand model line-up.  The advanced active safety consists of six technologies:  Lane Departure Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-speed Follow, Lane Keep Assist System, Road Departure Mitigation, Forward Collision Warning and Collision Mitigation Braking System.

The CR-V range consists of four variants starting with the $37,990 +ORC 2WD Touring, and rounding out with the top-of-the-range AWD Sport Sensing from $48,990+ORC. The new CR-V AWD Sensing is priced at $42,990+ORC.  With a 1.5-litre Turbo Engine, 18-inch Alloy Wheels, 7-inch Advanced Display Audio with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Electric Tailgate, LaneWatch Camera, Inbuilt Garmin Navigation, Dual Zone Climate Control, Smart Keyless Entry with Push Start, Auto Wipers, and Auto High/Low Beam Assist.
