Honda Choice Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Honda Choice Offer (Promotion) is available on eligible new Honda vehicles ordered and retailed through a participating authorised Honda Store in New Zealand between 1 October 2026 and 30 November 2026.

1.2 The Promotion is available while stocks last.

2. Eligible Vehicles

2.1 The Promotion applies to:

• all CR-V grades; subject to stock availability; and
• all Honda ZR-V vehicles, subject to stock availability; and
• all HR-V vehicles, subject to stock availability.

2.2 The Promotion does not apply to:

• demonstrator vehicles;
• pre-registered vehicles;
• fleet purchases;
• rental purchases;
• government purchases; or
• other special purchasing arrangements determined by Honda New Zealand.

3. Promotional Offers

3.1 Customers may select one (1) of the following offers when purchasing an Eligible Vehicle:

Offer A: 2.9% Finance

Offer B: Complimentary 3-Year Honda Service Plan

Offer C: $3,000 Trade-In Bonus

3.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined with each other.

3.3 Offers are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.

Offer A - 2.9% Finance

4. Finance Offer

4.1 The finance offer is available through Honda Financial Services and participating lenders UDC Finance Limited and Motor Trade Finance Limited.

4.2 The offer consists of:

• a fixed interest rate of 2.9% p.a.;
• a 36-month finance term; and
• no deposit required.

4.3 Finance is available to approved applicants only and remains subject to:

• lender approval;
• lending criteria;
• applicable finance terms and conditions; and
• any minimum finance amount or other eligibility requirements determined by the lender.

4.4 Credit establishment fees, PPSR fees and other applicable fees may apply.

4.5 Honda New Zealand does not guarantee finance approval.

4.6 The finance offer cannot be combined with any other offer under this Promotion.

Offer B - Complimentary 3-Year Honda Service Plan

5. Service Plan Offer

5.1 Customers selecting this offer will receive a complimentary Honda Service Plan for the Eligible Vehicle.

5.2 The Service Plan applies from the vehicle's first registration date and continues until the earlier of:

• three years from first registration; or
• 45,000 kilometres.

5.3 The Service Plan includes Honda's standard scheduled servicing and periodic maintenance items specified in the applicable warranty manual and service schedule.

5.4 All servicing must be completed by an authorised Honda dealership in accordance with Honda's recommended servicing requirements.

5.5 The Service Plan does not include:

• wear and tear items;
• tyres;
• batteries;
• fluids or consumables not included in a scheduled service;
• repairs outside scheduled servicing requirements;
• accident damage repairs;
• customer-requested additional work; or
• any items not included within Honda's standard scheduled servicing requirements.

5.6 The Service Plan is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.7 The Service Plan cannot be combined with any other offer under this Promotion.

Offer C - $3,000 Trade-In Bonus

6. Trade-In Bonus

6.1 Customers who trade in an eligible vehicle when purchasing an Eligible Vehicle will receive a $3,000 Trade-In Bonus.

6.2 The Trade-In Bonus:

• is provided in addition to the participating Honda Store's assessed trade-in value;
• is applied towards the net amount payable for the new vehicle purchase;
• is not a reduction to the advertised vehicle price;
• is not redeemable for cash;
• is not transferable; and
• cannot be combined with any other offer under this Promotion.

7. Trade-In Eligibility

7.1 To qualify for the Trade-In Bonus, the trade-in vehicle must:

• be legally capable of being transferred to the participating Honda Store;
• be in drivable condition;
• have valid registration extending for at least three months after the vehicle is delivered to the participating Honda Store; and
• satisfy the participating Honda Store's inspection and valuation requirements.

7.2 Non-drivable vehicles are not eligible for the Trade-In Bonus.

7.3 All trade-in vehicles are subject to inspection and valuation.

7.4 Trade-in values may be adjusted where significant mechanical, cosmetic or other condition issues are identified during inspection.

7.5 Participating Honda Stores may refuse any trade-in vehicle that does not satisfy these eligibility requirements.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promotion is available only through participating authorised Honda Stores in New Zealand.

8.2 Vehicle availability, model availability, colours and specifications are subject to stock availability.

8.3 A customer must satisfy all eligibility requirements for the selected offer.

8.4 Honda New Zealand reserves the right to verify a customer's eligibility for the Promotion.

8.5 Honda New Zealand may amend, extend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time, provided that any such change will not adversely affect customers who have already entered into a qualifying purchase and satisfied the applicable promotional requirements before the change takes effect.

8.6 If any part of this Promotion cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated, Honda New Zealand may modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.

8.7 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

8.8 The Promotion is offered by Honda New Zealand through participating authorised Honda Stores in New Zealand.
