A web payment portal website has been created for customers if they would like to continue to use 23M Connect after the 3-year free trial period. After a user registers for 23M Connect after the 3 year free trial, they will receive an email from (no-reply@ver1.mail-honda-connect.com). Once the user clicks on the link in the email, they will be able to manage their subscription and continue to use Connect.
Users will only receive emails from no-reply@ver1.mail-honda-connect.com when :
- Registering for Connect,
- Verification security codes to login to the Connect app,
- Password resets,
- A notification when a Connect account is expiring/has expired
For security reasons, please only click on the hyperlink from the email address no-reply@ver1.mail-honda-connect.com . If users are unsure, please contact Honda Care who will be able to assist or redirect your enquiry to the appropriate person.
Users can setup an auto payment method by using their registered credit/debit card
23M has been redesigned, with a modern, user-friendly interface layout. the following additional features have been added in comparison to the current 20M Connect app.
Ability to set the climate control within 0.5-degree increments compared to only “low, medium, high”.
ability to set remote light & horn together for a duration between 3 to 30 seconds.
When your vehicle has a recall – a reminder notification will be sent straight to your Connect app for added convenience.
New subscription website gives you more control in managing your 23M subscription after the free 3-year trial period.
Upcoming features may be included in future models: Digital Key, Light Collision notification, Vehicle Health Report, Remote immobiliser, In-Car Wifi.
You should contact Honda Connect Customer Care or your local Honda Store as soon as possible to check if Honda Connect services are activated on your vehicle, as location tracking, and data collection may be turned on.
Honda Connect Customer Care or your local Honda Store will provide instructions for deactivating connected services, which will involve taking the car to a Honda Store to deactivate the vehicle’s SIM.
If your car can be used with Honda Connect, please read the disclaimer which will load up every time on the vehicle display when you switch on your car.
The disclaimer will state:
"If a connected service has been activated for this vehicle, its location will be tracked, and its usage data will be collected.
This data and the remote vehicle functions can be accessed by the vehicle owner by contacting Honda. If the vehicle owner has changed, or you wish to terminate the connected service,
please go to the Honda website and contact Honda immediately."
